Ste Genevieve Fire Department members participated in a countywide training on April 14th focused on large machinery rescue and a Air Monitoring class on April 16th! Both trainings were taught by LETS Training Solutions guided by Kraig Bone and his instructors. They were both excellent training opportunities and we look forward to having LETS training solutions back again in the future!

Fire Fighter of the month for the month of April is Fire Fighter Travis Byers! Travis has served the department for 3 years and is currently working on his Firefighter 1&2 certifications through the State of Missouri. Travis also helps the FD with community events including helping out Toys for Tots and Shop with a Cop!

We are thankful for his dedication, service and are happy to take this opportunity to recognize him for his contributions to the department and the citizens we serve.

Fire Fighter of the month for the month of March is Fire Fighter Owen Roth! Owen has served the department for 3 years and has achieved Firefighter 1&2, along with HazMat Awareness and Operation certifications through the State of Missouri. Owen also often helps the FD during weekly maintenance night.

We are thankful for his dedication, service and are happy to take this opportunity to recognize him for his contributions to the department and the citizens we serve.

Congratulations to Mike Brocato, the Ste Genevieve Fire Department Firefighter of the Month!

Mike has served our department for 3 years. He is Firefighter 1&2 state certified and is also trained as a medical first responder. Mike is a outstanding member of the Fire Department and helps us with maintenance as well as many of our other events and functions.
